What does rustic elegance look like? Ariel and Matt from AMW Studios shared these photos from Amy and Luis’s September wedding here at Riverside Farm.

The weekend began with a rehearsal dinner and welcome party at the Red Barn where guests enjoyed a casual BBQ buffet served by our catering partners Vermont Farms Catering.  Treats included Maple-Chili Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Feta, Mint & Lemon Roasted Summer Squash, Grilled Shrimp with Peach & Avocado Salsa and of course the famous S’mores Bar at the camp fire with homemade marshmallows and white, dark & milk chocolate.

The bride prepared with friends and family in the Bride’s Cottage while the men had a chance to hang out at the Groom’s Cabin.  Everyone gathered in the early afternoon in the meadow for a gorgeous outdoor wedding ceremony.

From there guests took a short stroll up the hill to a tented cocktail reception and finally a sit down wedding reception in our Brown Barn venue.

To complete the weekend experience guests gathered once more in our Red Barn venue for a farewell Sunday Brunch. Memories, for the bride, groom and all their guests, will last a lifetime.
