Chef Kevin Lasko worked in some of New York City’s most acclaimed kitchens, including Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Mercer Kitchen and Drew Neiporent’s Montrachet. For the ten years before moving to Pittsfield, Vermont he was been the Executive Chef of Park Avenue Seasons, a new-American restaurant located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
With an inherent ability to translate ideas into reality, Katie works with guests to bring their events’ vision to life. From working with newlyweds-to-be on a custom cocktail or signature beer to creating the perfect Vermont-themed welcome gifts for friends and family, Katie has the specialized knowledge and expertise that allows Vermont Farms Catering to help create lasting memories for our guests.
